Skipton Trail Half Marathon

 

The Final race in the Due North Trilogy.

The race starts with a climb over Sharphaw before dropping down to the picturesque village of Hetton. You will pass rivers, reservoirs, moorland and fields on this stunning route from Skipton.  On your return you will climb Sharphaw once moor just to really test your stamina then a 1 mile down hill run to the finish line.

  • Fully way marked course

10.00 am

8.30 - 9.45am at Skyrakes Farm Grassington Road Skipton BD23 3LB

 

Toilets:

Will be in the car park

 

Minimum Kit:

  • Waterproof Jacket
  • Map of the area or route
  • Cup/bottle for water at drinks stations
  • Mobile phone

 

Prize Giving:

Prize giving will commence when all prize categories have finished.

 

WE DO NOT PROVIDE CUPS AT DRINKS STATIONS. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BOTTLE/CUP.

This is to reduce the use of plastic and general waste.

 

No dogs are permitted to join you on the race due to crossing farmland.

 

This race forms part of the Due North trail half marathon series. Prizes for overall position in the series.
